So, i think i have this neurological disorder, but i dont know what its called… but heres the scenario…
For the last 2 months, ive been sleeping on my couch in the living room. i even went as far as going upstairs to the linen closet, to grab a blanket and a pillow that i just keep on my couch….
You probably won’t read this and I’m not telling you what to do, but… Many things can influence this type of behavior. I am no expert on this and only refer to my insomnia I had a couple of years back which I fought with the help of no drugs… but maybe your room is too full of things? It should only contain your dresser, a little bit of unstimulating deco and your bed. Get rid of technology from your bedroom and make sure it’s dark dark dark. Other than that, you are juggling too much before bedtime? Too many things are going on in your mind? Write them down on a piece of paper before going to bed or talk to someone? As for the nightmares, you aren’t alone; I’ve been having those for a couple of week now. I find writing them down and analyzing them really makes them less of nightmares. The perfect way to calm someone down after a nightmare is to actually realize that there is a difference between them and reality and that reality is well, real. Anyway… I really hope everything goes well for you and that perhaps, you might try some of my strategies. Keep us updated, you might know this already, but some of your fans that have been following you in the long run; really care about your well being :)
Try to avoid coffee late during the day as well, at lunch should be the last time you have one. Tims is quite strong, so that could also be part of it.
